Special Request definition

Special Request means the purchase of goods or services for which a price is not specified within Edison.
Special Request in relation to Reports (Section 6 of the Schedule) means a PFG written request for information other than information, reports and certificates required to be delivered under the terms of Section 6 of the Schedule on a scheduled periodic basis.
Special Request means any waiver, exemption or allowance not outlined in current Cultus Lake Park Bylaws and all amendments, and Administrative Policies, that requires consideration by the Board.

Examples of Special Request in a sentence

  • If CLEC desires access to a different UNE Combination, CLEC may request access through the Special Request Process set forth in this Agreement.

  • If the Special Request will be fulfilled, the providing Party shall activate the order at a time agreed to by the Parties.

  • For UNEs CenturyLink currently combines in its network, CLEC can use the Special Request Process (SRP) set forth in Exhibit F.

  • If CenturyLink develops additional UNE Combination products, CLEC can order such products without using the Special Request Process, but CLEC may need to submit a New Customer Questionnaire and execute an amendment before ordering such products.

  • Higher bandwidths can be ordered using the Special Request Process.

  • The providing Party shall have 75 days to notify the ordering Party ("Special Notification") if the ordering Party's Special Request, in the providing Party's sole discretion, will be fulfilled and what the cost of fulfilling such request will be.

  • All retail sales, including entrance fees, tickets, and any other sales conducted at the Community Center and Conference Center must be requested as a Special Request.

  • The provision of any Special Request does not constitute a term of your contract with us unless we have confirmed in writing that your requirement will be met.

  • The Operator will try to arrange for Special Requests to be met, but cannot guarantee that they will be, nor will the Operator be liable if any Special Request is not met.

  • Qwest will provide the cost and timeframe for activation of the requested vertical feature(s) to CLEC within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the Special Request.


More Definitions of Special Request

Special Request means an ad-hoc request made by the Customer for the Company to supply any services and/or goods not yet part of the Contract and which the Company notifies the Customer is a "special request".
Special Request in relation to Reports (Section 6 of the Schedule) means, after PFG has advised Borrower that it does not wish to automatically receive periodic Borrower reports and financial information other than as and when made available to the public generally, a PFG written request designated a “Special Request” to receive information, reports and certificates required to be delivered on a scheduled periodic basis under the terms of Section 6 of the Schedule.
