Confirmed Reservation definition
Confirmed Reservation. It is understood as the assignment of one or more spaces for one or more persons, in one or more flights, on specific dates, fares and routes. The confirmation of the reservation in THE CARRIER’s internal system is included in the Passenger Name Record (PNR) of each flight. THE CARRIER must be consulted to verify if the issued ticket requires a reservation confirmation.
Confirmed Reservation means a space on a specific date and on a specific flight and in a specific class of service of Carrier which has been requested by a Passenger, including a Passenger with a “Zero Fare Ticket,” and which Carrier or its agent has verified, by appropriate notation on the ticket or in any other manner provided therefore by Carrier, as being reserved for the accommodation of the Passenger. Emotional Support Animal or Psychiatric Service Animal refers to an animal that is shown by documentation to be necessary for the emotional well-being of a Qualified Individual with a Disability or to provide assistance to such person. Force Majeure Event means an event(s) outside of Delux Public Charter’s reasonable control which includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions; acts of government or airport authorities (e.g., Air Traffic Control Delays, runway closures, airport construction); acts of God; U.S. military or airlift emergency or substantially expanded U.S. military airlift requirements, as determined by the U.S. government; grounding of a substantial number of aircraft as a result of activation of the U.S. Civil Reserve Air Fleet; strikes or labor unrest; civil commotions, embargoes, wars or other hostilities, whether actual, threatened or reported; government regulation, demand or requirement; damage to aircraft caused by a third-party; emergency situation requiring care, protection or response to protect person or property or any event that is not reasonably foreseen, predicted or anticipated by Delux Public Charter.
Confirmed Reservation means that the passenger has a ticket, or other proof, which indicates that the reservation has been registered and confirmed by the air carrier or tour operator;

Transportation on Carrier is subject to the fares, taxes, and charges in effect on the date and at the time the Confirmed Reservation was made.
Passengers may request the return of their checked Baggage only if a delay or interruption results in a wait longer than 2 (two) additional hours past the stated time in the Confirmed Reservation or the delay or interruption results in an unplanned overnight stay.
Carrier will not check Baggage to a destination other than the final destination indicated on the Passenger’s Confirmed Reservation.
Ground transportation is exclusively the responsibility of the Participant and is not included as part of a Confirmed Reservation, unless disclosed and/or sold by JSX prior to departure.
Subject to the restrictions set forth below, Carrier will check the Baggage for the flight(s) which the Passenger’s Confirmed Reservation indicates.
More Definitions of Confirmed Reservation
Confirmed Reservation means a reservation that was made in the automated reservations system and confirmed by an air carrier. It is indicated in a ticket (electronic ticket) with ‘’ОК’’.
Confirmed Reservation means a Reservation Application which is confirmed with the Member by Member Services in writing or by telephone or by such further or other means as the Responsible Entity determines;
Confirmed Reservation means that Supplier has accepted Buyer’s Reservation Request.
Confirmed Reservation means a booking for a flight or series of flights in circumstances where the following conditions apply: a seat is held from availability with the status 'HK' (holding confirmed); payment has been received in the form of cleared funds taken in the form of credit card/debit card transactions, travel agent MPD, cash paid at an airport or another payment location as authorised by us, or by cleared cheque; all flight sectors are confirmed; the booking contains relevant details which are the same as the travel document held by the Passenger (e.g. name, contact details, flight number(s)); and the Passenger has been advised that his or her travel booking is confirmed.
Confirmed Reservation means a reservation issued by the City upon approval of a Facility Use Application for use of the facility or some portion thereof by an applicant, after all requirements of the Facility Use & Rental Guidelines are met.

For the sake of clarity, if in a chain of multiple events, the original irregularity is due to a Force Majeure Event, the cause of the subsequent event(s) reasonably related to the original irregularity shall not be deemed a Controllable Irregularity. Convention means, whichever of the following applies: • Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage By Air, signed at Warsaw, October 12, 1929 (“Warsaw Convention”). • Warsaw Convention, as Amended at the Hague, 1955 (“Hague Protocol”). • Warsaw Convention, as Amended at the Hague, 1955 and by Protocol No. 4 of Montreal, 1975 (“Montreal Protocol No. 4”). • Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage By Air done at Montreal 1999 (“Montreal Convention”). Credit shall mean a credit in a specified dollar amount valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance if issued before March 8, 2023, and one (1) year from the booking date of the original ticket if issued on or after March 8, 2023. A Credit must be used (travel booked) during its validity period. Credits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated herein. Departure Delay, as used in Sections 37 and 38, means a delay prior to pushback from the Gate.
Confirmed Reservation means written confirmation from The Holiday Club, or authorised agent, of your booking in terms of the reservation rules of The Holiday Club.
