Installation of the Equipment. You must provide an adequate and suitable space, power supply and environment for all equipment used in connection with the service and located on the premises.
Installation of the Equipment. The Customer will provide suitable times for VitalCall to attend the Customer’s residence between 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday for the purpose of VitalCall installing, inspecting, repairing or removing the Equipment.

Tenant shall cause the plans and specifications for the Equipment to conform to Landlord’s design and engineering criteria provided to Tenant from time to time in effect and shall make any reasonable changes required by Landlord or its agents, engineers, or architects. In no event shall Tenant’s installation of the Equipment damage the Building Project or existing structures on the Building Project. or interfere with the maintenance of the Building Project, any system contained in the Building Project, any system currently serving the Building Project, or any radio or telecommunication equipment operated from the Building Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall not install the Equipment in any manner which would void or limit any warranty or guaranty covering the roof of the Building Project. Tenant shall notify Landlord upon completion of the installation of the Equipment Landlord’s review and approval of the plans and specifications for the installation of the Equipment and Landlord’s supervision and inspection of such installation shall not be construed in any way as approval by Landlord of the adequacy or safety of the installation of the Equipment or as a waiver of any of Landlord’s rights under this License, and Tenant shall be solely responsible for the adequacy and safety of the installation and operation of the Equipment and solely liable for any damages or injury arising out of such installation and operation, other than injury or damages arising out of the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord. Installation of the Equipment. The Authority shall install the Equipment at the locations on the Fairground described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
