Roof Warranty. When we penetrate your roof during a System installation we will warrant roof damage we cause due to our roof penetrations. This roof warranty will run the longer of (A) one (1) year following the completion of the System installation; and (B) the length of any existing installation warranty or new home builder performance standard for your roof (the “Roof Warranty Period”); and
Roof Warranty. All roof penetrations we make for your System will be watertight. This warranty will run the longer of (a) ten (10) years or (b) the length of any existing installation warranty or new home builder performance standard for your roof;
Roof Warranty. A copy of the roof warranty relating to the Shopping Center in Buyer’s name, if possible.
Roof Warranty. If installing the System requires penetrations to your roof during a System installation, we will warrant roof damage caused due to such roof penetrations. This roof warranty will run for one (1) year following the completion of the System installation (the “Roof Warranty Period”); and
Roof Warranty. If the Installation is to a roof, you acknowledge and accept that any roof penetrations necessary to complete the Installation of a System may void any existing warranty of the roof manufacturer or roof installer.
Roof Warranty. In addition to any warranties granted in the Contract for Construction, Construction Manager shall ensure the roof and its components are warrantied by the roofing manufacturer against water intrusion, leaks, and defects for a period of twenty-five (25) years after the date of Substantial Completion of the Work. The warranty given in this Section 19.2 is in addition to all other warranties given hereunder or implied by Applicable Law.

Roof Warranty. Dealer warrants, and acknowledges that such warranty shall be passed through by SunPower to Lessor and from Lessor to Lessee(s) in accordance with the Lease, that, if in the course of the installation work Dealer is required to penetrate the roof of the Premises and thereby cause damage to areas of the roof that are within a three (3) inch radius of roof penetrations, Dealer will repair such damage for the benefit of the Lessee(s) during the Roof Warranty Period (as defined below). This roof warranty will run from the date Dealer begins installation of the System at the Premises through the longer of (i) one (1) year following the Lease Term Start Date and (ii) the length of any existing warranty on the roof of the Premises up to but not exceeding five (5) years (the “Roof Warranty Period”).
Roof Warranty. Seller covenants and agrees that the roof warranty to be issued with respect to the Property shall comply in all respects with the requirements of the Lease.
Roof Warranty. If the Installation is to a roof, you acknowledge and accept that any roof penetrations necessary to complete the Installation of a System may void any existing warranty of the roof manufacturer or roof installer. TERM AND TERMINATION This Installation Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by Installer with or without cause, effective upon written notice to you. Upon termination, those obligations which by their nature should survive shall continue, such as (without limitation) Installer’s indemnity, removal and clean-up obligations, and Installer’s liability for damages as set forth in Section 3(a)(ix) of this Installation Agreement.
