Delivery Address definition

Delivery Address means the address stated on the Order.

• Transport Fees are applied for (i) any and all transport of a Unit; (ii) empty vehicle travel from Blue Sky to the initial Delivery Address for moving/relocations pickups (see Storage Arrangement below); and (iii) transport that cannot be completed due to overweight units, unsuitable site conditions and/or incorrect address(es) provided by the customer, as detailed in sections below.

• Blue Sky delivers the Unit to the Delivery Address, where it is packed by the Customer.

• During the Registration Process, the Customer must ensure that the Delivery Address is accurate and complete.

• Customer Data means any all data hosted on the Services created and/or owned by the Customer Delivery Address is the address in the Contract Details of the Order Form, unless agreed otherwise between Reliance and the Customer.

More Definitions of Delivery Address

Delivery Address means the address described as the address in the Agreement to which the Goods are to be delivered and/or the address where the Services are to be performed.
