Equipment and Other Personal Property. To the extent not included on Schedule 5.7.2, Schedule 5.7.3 is a complete and accurate list, broken down by Project, of all equipment, plant, machinery, installations, tools, spare parts, furniture, supplies, vehicles and other personal property which are owned by CHI Maine and which have a value in excess of $10,000 and Schedule 5.7.3 specifically indicates any such item of property which is not located on or at a Site and identifies the location thereof.
Equipment and Other Personal Property. The Equipment and other personal property of the Company and any Company Subsidiaries is in good operating condition and repair, and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the operating efficiency thereof shall be maintained and preserved, reasonable wear and tear excepted, except where the failure to so maintain the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect. Neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary will permit any Equipment or other personal property to become affixed to any Real Property leased to the Company or any Company Subsidiary so that an interest arises therein under the real estate laws of the applicable jurisdiction unless the landlord of such Real Property has executed a landlord waiver or leasehold mortgage in favor of and in form reasonably acceptable to the Parent.
Equipment and Other Personal Property. Equipment and Other Personal Property. To the extent not included on Schedule 3.1.5, Schedules 3.1.2, 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 completely and accurately list all equipment, plant, machinery, installations, tools, spare parts, furniture, supplies, and vehicles owned by Seller and related to the Project or the Project Assets, excluding only those items which have a fair market value of less than $5,000 individually, and such schedules specifically indicate any such item of Project Assets which is not located on or at the Project Site and identifies the location thereof.
Equipment and Other Personal Property. All equipment, machinery, spare parts, automobiles, trucks, vehicles, tools, operating and office supplies, chemicals, furniture, fixtures, computer hardware and software, and other tangible property ("EQUIPMENT"), either in the form of a transfer of the ownership interest therein or as part of the leasehold interests created under Paragraph 1 of this Schedule 1.01(b).

All equipment, machinery, furniture and fixtures, office machines, maintenance and office supplies, signs, leasehold improvements, and all other tangible property used or usable in connection with the Business ("Personal Property"), including, without limitation, the assets listed on the attached Exhibit 1.1(b);

Section 3.21 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule contains a complete list of (i) all material equipment, fixtures, vehicles and other Personal Property, other than Inventory, owned by a Business Owning Entity, including the location thereof, and (ii) all material items of Personal Property leased by a Business Owning Entity, together with a brief description of the terms of the leases relating thereto, in each case, as reflected in the Most Recent Business Balance Sheet and used in the Business. On the Closing Date, except as would not result in a Seller Material Adverse Effect, each Business Owning Entity:
Equipment and Other Personal Property. Seller’s Personal Property, including its equipment and machinery, is suitable for the purposes for which intended and in good operating condition and repair consistent with normal industry standards. To the knowledge of Seller, the Personal Property is free of any structural or engineering defects. During the past five years there has not been any significant interruption of the Business due to inadequate maintenance or obsolescence of any of the Personal Property.
Equipment and Other Personal Property. All of Seller’s equipment, tools, computer equipment and software used in Seller’s Business (collectively, the “Equipment”). A Schedule of the Equipment is identified and described on Exhibit A, (the “Equipment Schedule”);
