HOURS OF WORK AND SHIFT WORK. 8.01 Subject to operational requirements, an employee shall work one or more of the following regularly scheduled shifts as set out below. For the purpose of this article, regularly scheduled shifts shall be defined by classification as: LPN RCW 12.5 and 8.5 8.5 RCA 8.5 Dietary 11.5, 10.0, 8.5 Housekeeping 8.5 and 6.5 (weekends) Laundry 10.5 All shifts are shown inclusive of an unpaid meal break of one-half (.5) hour.
HOURS OF WORK AND SHIFT WORK. 9.1 Employees shall be entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute work breaks per shift, one before the meal break, and one after the meal break, at times designated by management.

HOURS OF WORK AND SHIFT WORK. 6.01 For the purpose of this article, a week shall consist of seven (7) consecutive days beginning at 00:01 hours Monday and ending at 24:00 hours Sunday. HOURS OF WORK AND SHIFT WORK. 14.1 The parties agree that the spread of ordinary hours of work any five consecutive days, Monday to Sunday will be; for AMWU/EPU eligible members 5:30am to 6:00pm, and AMIEU eligible members 5:30am to 6:30pm, provided that no employee shall work more than 12 hours on any day. All ordinary hours worked on a Saturday shall be paid at a rate of time plus 50% and time plus 100% for Sunday. Work on a Saturday and Sunday shall be by mutual agreement between the Company and the employee concerned.
