Hourly Service Fees. For any services offered by Exabytes on an hourly basis (“Hourly Services”), You shall specify the period of time for which the Hourly Services are requested, or cancel at any time. The minimum period of time for which Hourly Services may be requested is one (“1”) hour and Customer will be billed in full hourly increments, and no breakdown by minutes shall be permitted. Unless otherwise specifically stated in the Terms, Customers who request Hourly Services agree to all terms and conditions in Exabyets Terms, including but not limited to these Terms and the AUP. You will be billed for Hourly Services and receive any SLA credits, if applicable, on the Anniversary Billing Date.

Hourly Service Fees. Billable charges may pertain to attending service repairs, trip charges and errands as required for the operating of the property and are charged hourly at $35 /hour plus tax. Each property gets one free trip charge a month noncomulative.
Hourly Service Fees. If the County requests that the Vendor supply Other Services, such Other Services will be provided by the Vendor as set forth in this Section. The Vendor may not perform Other Services unless the Vendor has secured the County’s express prior written approval of such Other Services. In the event Shares are redeemed less than one year after the date such Shares were sold, the Recipient is obligated to and will repay the Distributor on demand a pro rata portion of such Advance Service Fee Payments, based on the ratio of the time such Shares were held to one (1) year. The administrative support services to be rendered by Recipients in connection with the Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: answering routine inquiries concerning the Fund, assisting in the establishment and maintenance of accounts or sub-accounts in the Fund and processing Share redemption transactions, making the Fund’s investment plans and dividend payment options available, and providing such other information and services in connection with the rendering of personal services and/or the maintenance of Accounts, as the Distributor or the Fund may reasonably request.

  • Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:
