Examples of Additional Services Compensation in a sentence

  • Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.

  • Should the progress of the Services under this Agreement at any time fall behind schedule for any reason other than Excusable Delays, Consultant shall apply such additional manpower and resources as necessary without Additional Services Compensation to bring progress of the Services under this Agreement back on schedule and consistent with the standard of professional skill and care required by this Agreement.

  • Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Architect in connection with the performance of Additional Services as agreed to in advance, in writing by the Owner.

  • Reimbursable Expenses are in addition to Basic Services Compensation and Additional Services Compensation.

  • However, in the event of any such delays, the duration of this Agreement under Article 5 will be extended by a period of time corresponding with the period for which the Work was delayed and the Construction Manager will be entitled to receive Additional Services Compensation in accordance with Article 7.

  • The amount of Additional Services Compensation to be paid to the Construction Manager with respect to Additional Services shall be set forth in advance as an Amendment by virtue of a Work Authorization Request (Attachment “D”) as part to this Agreement executed by the Owner and the Construction Manager.
