Additional Services Compensation. Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
Additional Services Compensation. Compensation for Additional Services is to be in addition to compensation for Basic Services. Additional Services provided by the Consultant and the Consultant’s subconsultants in the interest of the Project include, but are not limited to, those listed in Exhibit A. Compensation for Additional Services shall be in accordance with Exhibit B.
Additional Services Compensation. For Additional Services specified on Exhibit A, the compensation for the Program Manager shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, or if no fee is agreed, in accordance with the rates listed on Exhibit B.
Additional Services Compensation. Additional Services, as set out in Exhibit C, are to be used and paid to the Engineer based on prior written authorization of the Program Manager. Additional Services compensation shall be agreed to in writing by the Program Manager and the Engineer and shall not exceed the amount identified in the “Compensation and Payment” paragraph and Exhibit B of this Contract.
Additional Services Compensation. 4.3.1 With respect to any Additional Services, as described in Article 7 herein, performed by the Design Consultant hereunder, the Design Consultant and Owner shall negotiate an equitable adjustment to the Basic Services Compensation. However, if negotiations are not successful prior to the time the additional services are needed, the Owner may direct the Design Consultant to proceed with the Additional Services on a time spent basis with Additional Services Compensation to be computed as follows:
Additional Services Compensation. 4.3.1 Prior to any Additional Services, as described in Article 7 herein, performed by the Professional Consultant hereunder, the Professional Consultant and Owner shall negotiate the Additional Services Compensation.

Additional Services Compensation. Additional services expressly authorized pursuant to the Contract will be compensated based upon the attached rate schedule. The Consultant is to be reimbursed for all direct non-labor and other subcontract expenses at Consultant’s invoice cost times a multiplier of 110%. OTHER SERVICES: Survey Field Party $135 $175 PRINTING & PLOTTING SERVICES: In-house printing and plotting services will be charged at the market rate for commercial printing plus 10%. In-house capability includes color plots and a variety of media, including bond, vellum and mylar. In-house Xerox copies provided at $0.06 per single side copy or $0.12 per double side copy. Color copies provided for $0.60 (8½x11) and $1.00 (11x17) per single sheet.
