Hourly Services. Provide the corresponding hourly rate (from Exhibit 8 of the Master Agreement), number of hours, and subtotal for the utilized job title. Note: Public Works registration requirements and prevailing wage rates will apply to the Contractor to the extent applicable.

Hourly Services. Hello Housing will provide services at an hourly rate for all programmatic needs not included in the scope listed above, such as foreclosure prevention, program guidelines consultation, BMP buy-back or any other requested scope of work not listed in the above sections.
Hourly Services. These are agreed upon services that are performed and the effort is recorded based on the time involved to perform the service such as handling supplier inquiries, traveler questions, customer invoice distribution, etc.
Hourly Services. 4.1. If ENC is to provide Professional Services on an hourly basis as described in the applicable SOW, the specified hours will be considered used during the term of the applicable SOW in accordance with the following formula: 3 calendar weeks per 10 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. The applicable period shall begin upon Licensee’s initial request for the relevant Professional Services and end upon the date calculated by the formula set forth above. ENC shall make its resources available for up to 10 hours per week during the contract period. The hours are provided on a ‘use it or lose it’ basis and ENC will not refund any fees paid for unused or expired hours. If additional hours are needed beyond the level of service purchased in the applicable SOW, ENC will provide a quote based on the scope of work at its then current billable rates.
Hourly Services. Upon request by Customer Closerware may perform services beyond those described in Sections 2.2 and 3.2 at an hourly rate above and beyond Customer’s subscription costs. The fees associated with Hourly Services are paid by Customer in accordance with Section 3 of the Agreement. Customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the delivery of Hourly Services, including without limitation teleconferencing, web casts, and travel expenses including but not limited to airfare, ground transportation, travel time and hotel accommodations relating in accordance with Section 2 of the Agreement. Hourly services include but are not limited to data migration, custom form development, on-site training, process consulting, integration with third party services, report writing, and graphic design. Graphic design services include but are not limited to the development of original artwork, movies, animations, custom website page layouts, and logo development.
