Hourly Fees. Fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on Exhibit B.

Hourly Fees. No hourly fees are billable for work performed as part of the Scope of Work/Services unless such fees are specified in Exhibit A.

In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibit B, the Agreement shall prevail.

Hourly Fees. Hourly services fees will be carefully itemized and billed at the hourly rate of $150/hour. You agree that if you request hourly rate services, we have no obligation to render such service before payment of the hourly rate in advance, based upon a good faith time estimate, if we request such a payment.
Hourly Fees. For purposes of semi-monthly xxxxxxxx, our fees will be based on the hours charged at our hourly rates as set forth in the letter agreement. We review and revise our hourly billing rates effective January l of each year.

Hourly Fees. If, pursuant to Section 3.7, XXX requests CAISO to undertake additional studies or assessments that are not within CAISO’s responsibility as a Planning Coordinator, and XXXXX agrees to undertake such studies or assessments, XXX shall compensate CAISO at an hourly rate that is based on CAISO’s internal labor costs plus overhead. Before any studies or assessments are undertaken, XXXXX and XXX will agree in writing on the applicable hourly rate, the scope of work, and a total fee estimate. CAISO shall submit to XXX monthly invoices for such studies or assessments consistent with Section 4.1.3 of the Agreement no later than thirty days after undertaking such work.
