Service Fees and Charges. Company agrees to pay Provider for the Service in accordance with the fees set forth in the fee schedule which is accessed by logging into Company’s payroll application by means of the Website or App (“Fee Schedule”). Company will also reimburse Provider for sales, use and similar taxes arising from this Agreement that federal, state or local governments may impose.
Service Fees and Charges. The service charge for the Multiple Listing Service, the rental fee for each copy of the MLS Compilation and the charges for service provided by the Association to Participants and subscribers shall be in such amount as is established, from time to time, by the Board of Directors of the Association. All licensees who are employees of a Participant or who are affiliated as an independent contractor with a Participant must apply to be subscribers, unless otherwise exempt under the rules established, from time to time, by the Board of Directors of the Association. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if a Participant executes a Limited Office Participation Agreement with the Association, that Participant’s employees or independent contractors will not be required to become subscribers unless those employees or independent contractors actually use the Multiple Listing Service.
Service Fees and Charges. You agree to pay any service fees and charges that apply to your account. Service fees may include, but are not limited to, charges for check printing, check writing, stop payment orders, notices of post-dated items, cashiers checks, overdrafts, and insufficient funds checks. These fees, which the Bank will always make reasonable in amount, help the Bank cover the cost of transaction in your account. If your account is subject to a limited time promotional fees and charges arrangement, at the end of the promotional period fees and charges will apply to your account in accordance with the Schedule of Charges then in effect. Any fees may be deducted from your account without prior notice to you. The Bank will not be liable for dishonoring checks or other withdrawal orders because of insufficient funds resulting from proper deduction of fees. A schedule of the Bank’s current charges is given to you when you open an account and is available at our banking offices. Service fees and charges are subject to change from time to time at the Bank’s discretion. Notice of any changes will be sent to you as may be required by applicable law at the address shown on the Bank’s records or posted at the Bank’s offices. A reasonable period of time will be given before any changes become effective.

If Accounts are analyzed, you may be able to use available earnings credit to offset certain charges related to the Services. If analyzed accounts contain funds belonging to third parties, you represent that use of any related earnings credit is not limited by law, regulation or agreement with such third parties. In addition to the fees and other amounts due for the Services, you agree to pay for all taxes, tariffs and assessments levied or imposed by any government agency in connection with the Services, this Agreement and any software or equipment made available to you (excluding any income tax payable by us). You are also responsible for the costs of any communication lines and any data processing charges payable to third parties. If you are required by the laws of any relevant jurisdiction to make any deduction or withholding from any fees, interest or other amounts, on Account of tax or other charges, you shall withhold the same and pay it to the relevant authority, and shall pay us such additional amount as may be necessary to ensure the we receive an amount equal to the amount we would have received had no such deduction been made.
Service Fees and Charges. The User understands and agrees that the he/she is responsible for paying all fees associated with the use of the Open Transfer Service. The User authorizes the Credit Union to charge his/her eligible Credit Union account (or any other of the User’s accounts at AgFed) for any service fees and charges applicable to transfers requested through the Open Transfer Service in accordance with the Credit Union’s fee schedule in effect at the time they make an Open Transfer request. AgFed reserves the right to change the fees charged for the use of the Open Transfer Service.

However (unless we are the only Payment Service Provider involved in the Payment Transaction), then where the other Payment Service Provider is located outside the EEA, you may agree with that other party to divide liability for fees and charges in another way, in which case you must tell us.
