Base Services shall have the meaning given in Section 2.01(a)(iii).

Base Services means the products and services offered, provided and made available by TEPL in accordance with these Terms, excluding Additional Services, which may be effected or obtained by you through the use of the Dash Application from time to time as long as you have in force a valid Dash Balance and your access to and use of the Dash Application have not been suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever, including, where applicable:

Examples of Base Services in a sentence

• Client shall, as part of the Base Services, be granted a license to use the Office and shall have access to the Office twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

• The Monthly Base Services Fee shall be abated on a per diem basis for the portions of the Office that are unusable.

• All Monthly Base Services Fees and other sums payable hereunder shall be payable at the office of HQ or at such other location or to any agent designated in writing by HQ.

• All applicable terms, conditions, responsibilities and delivery schedules that apply to a particular Service are identified in the applicable Base Services Agreement(s) and shall govern the provision of the relevant Service.

• Each Base Services Agreement shall contain a description of the Services to be performed, the applicable Fees and the Service-specific terms, conditions, responsibilities and delivery schedules which shall govern the provision of the relevant Services.

More Definitions of Base Services

Base Services has the meaning set forth in Section 11.

Base Services means the Dispatch Services, Non-emergency Fire Call Handling, RMS, Training Services and Technical Support Services provided by Saanich to OAK BAY as defined and described in Schedule A;

Base Services means the Services identified in Schedule A as “Base Services”.

Base Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1, and shall include any Services under a New Line of Business incorporated into this Agreement in accordance with Article 5.

Base Services means, collectively, the Software Customization Services, the Data Conversion Services, the Data Processing Services and the Customer Services.
