HOURLY INCREMENTS Sample Clauses

The "Hourly Increments" clause defines how work or services are billed in set hourly units rather than by the minute or another measure. Typically, this means that any portion of an hour worked is rounded up and charged as a full hour, so if a service provider works for 1 hour and 20 minutes, they may bill for 2 full hours. This approach simplifies billing and record-keeping, and ensures that service providers are compensated for partial hours that might otherwise go unpaid, thereby reducing disputes over small time increments.
