Trip Charges. If a repair person is unable to access the Property after making arrangements with Xxxxxx to complete the repair, Tenant will pay any trip charge the repair person may charge, which amount may be different from the amount stated in Paragraph 14C.

If Landlord or Landlord’s agents have made prior arrangements with Tenant to access the Property and are denied or are not able to access the Property because of Tenant’s failure to make the Property accessible (including, but not limited to, any occupant, guest or invitee of Tenant, pet, or security device prohibiting access to any area of the Property), Landlord may charge Tenant a trip charge of $100.00.

If the repairman is the Xxxxxxx Properties repairman, the trip charge will be $50. A base of $50 will be charged for all plumbing stoppages and monthly AC filter replacement or any other repairs deemed Tenant’s responsibility. ‘
Trip Charges. If Landlord or Landlord's agents have made prior arrangements with Tenant to access the Property and are denied or are not able to access the Property because of Tenant's failure to make the Property accessible (including, but not limited to, any occupant, guest or invitee of Tenant, pet, or security device prohibiting access to any area of the Property), Landlord may charge Tenant a trip charge or no show fee of $75 during working hours, $175 for after working hours, as well as any additional fees incurred by third party vendors. Working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon – Friday.
Trip Charges. If Tenant fails to permit access under Xxxxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxxx may charge Tenant a trip charge of $100.
