Hotel Use. Landlord is the owner of a hotel (the "ESS Hotel") adjacent to the Leased Premises. Subject to room availability, Landlord shall permit Tenant the continuing right throughout the term to rent rooms at the ESS Hotel for Tenant's employees, agents and business invitees at such rates that Landlord shall reasonably determine from time to time; provided, however, that such rates shall be no more than the lowest rate charged to guests of the hotel who are not employees of Landlord during the calendar year.

Hotel Use. The Development may include a hotel use in addition to the residential condominiums, pursuant to a franchise agreement with Hilton International Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Hilton”). Buyer shall review and execute the acknowledgement attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference, for the benefit of Seller and Hilton.
Hotel Use. The Owner hereby agrees that the Project is to be owned, managed, and operated as a hotel in a first-class manner, and the Project's participation in the Program shall continue in accordance with the terms of the Program, for a term equal to thirty years commencing upon the date Owner first receives from the City the Owner's share of transient occupancy tax revenues pursuant to the Program, or until Owner has received from the City the total sum of fifty million dollars if that occurs prior to the expiration of said thirty years, unless Owner's participation in the Program is terminated prior thereto in accordance with this Agreement (the "Term"). During the Term, City shall pay to Owner, within thirty days after receipt from Owner of each monthly payment made by Owner to the tax administrator per Section 3.24.080 of the Municipal Code, an amount equal to seventy-five percent of each such payment. City acknowledges and agrees that City has reviewed proposed development and operational plans for the Hotel and concluded that such plans are in substantial compliance with and will satisfy first class Hotel requirements of the City and Chapter 5.26 of the Municipal Code.
Hotel Use. The Premises shall be used for the operation of the hotel (the “Hotel”) operated in a manner consistent with its operation prior to the Effective Date (the “Hotel Standard”), and for uses ancillary or related thereto (which may include, without limitation, restaurant(s), bar(s), meeting, conference and/or banquet space, a gift and/or sundries shop, fitness and spa facilities, and parking facilities), and for no other purpose. Tenant shall proceed with diligence and exercise reasonable good faith efforts to obtain and maintain all approvals necessary to operate and use the Hotel for its intended purpose under all applicable Laws. Tenant shall not, and shall not knowingly permit anyone else to, bring into, use, store or dispose of on the Premises any materials or substances in violation of any applicable Laws. The parties acknowledge and agree that TPG Hotels & Resorts, Inc. or an Affiliate thereof shall be the “Hotel Operator”.

  • Property Use The Property shall be used only for industrial, warehouse and office purposes, and for no other use without the prior written consent of Lender, which consent may be withheld in Lender's sole and absolute discretion.

  • Residential Use Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.

  • Master Use The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license (this "License) to record vocal synchronization to the Composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form ("Master Recording")

  • Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use.   • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Public Use Concessionaire’s operation and this Agreement shall not be construed so as to affect the privileges accorded to the public’s use of the Area, or to restrain or prevent individual persons or groups of persons from bringing their own food and beverages into the Area.

  • Personal Use You may use the Account only for personal, family or household purposes. Federal or state consumer protection laws may not apply if you use the Account for other than personal, family or household purposes.

  • Affiliate Use Affiliates’ Use of the Software, Documentation and other SAP Materials to run their internal business operations as permitted under Section 2.1.1 is subject to the following: (i) Licensee ensures that the Affiliate agrees in writing to comply with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) a breach of the Agreement terms by Affiliate shall be considered a breach by Licensee hereunder. If Licensee has an affiliate or subsidiary with a separate license or support agreement for SAP software with any member of the SAP Group or any other distributor of SAP software, the Software shall not be Used to run such affiliate’s or subsidiary’s business operations even if such separate agreement has expired or is terminated, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties.

  • Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.
