Master Use. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license (this "License) to record vocal synchronization to the Composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form ("Master Recording")
Master Use. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive License to record vocal synchronization to the composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form for the specific use of manufacturing, distributing and selling records embodying the composition. The Licensor also grants the right to use the name of the producer (Jigga Beatz) in connection with the advertising, publicizing or sale of records manufactured, distributed and sold. Licensee shall not have the right to alter, adapt, change or remix the compositon or music without producer's written approval, except length changes (adding additional bars to a verse, cutting/adding a verse/hook etc.). Any rights not specifically granted and set forth in this license are hereby reserved by the producer.
Master Use. In consideration for Licensee’s payment of the License Fee, the Producer hereby grants Licensee a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license and the right to incorporate, include and/or use the Beat in the preparation of one (1) new song or to incorporate the Beat into a new piece of instrumental music created by the Licensee. Licensee may create the new song or new instrumental music by recording his/her written lyrics over the Beat and/or by incorporating portions/samples of the Beat into pre-existing instrumental music written, produced, and/or owned by Licensee. The new song or piece of instrumental music created by the Licensee which incorporates some or all of the Beat shall be referred to as the “New Song”. Permission is granted to Licensee to modify the arrangement, length, tempo, or pitch of the Beat in preparation of the New Song for public release.

The Licensor also grants the right to use the name of the producer (InsaneBeatz) in connection with the advertising, publicizing or sale of records manufactured, distributed and sold. Licensee shall have the right to alter, adapt, change or remix the Instrumental. Any rights not specifically granted and set forth in this license are hereby reserved by the producer.

The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive License to record vocal synchronization to the Instrumental partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form for the specific use of manufacturing, distributing and selling records embodying the Instrumental. The Licensor also grants the right to use the name of the producer (Tune Grizzy) in connection with the advertising, publicizing or sale of records manufactured, distributed and sold. Licensee shall have the right to alter, adapt, change or remix the Instrumental. Any rights not specifically granted and set forth in this license are hereby reserved by the producer.

The Producer hereby grants you a non-exclusive license (this “License”) to record vocal synchronization to the Beat partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form (“Master Recording”).For example, you may choose to record your own topline vocals over the Beat. You will have the right to modify the arrangement, tempo, duration, and/or pitch of the Beat in preparation of the Master Re- cording.
Master Use. The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a gold lease to record vocal synchronization to the musical composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form. The Platinum License is valid for 18 months from the purchase date. The licensee has the right to use Licensor's musical composition as long as it is used in conjunction with the licensee's recorded audio lyrics worldwide. The Licensee will receive a high-quality MP3 file and a high quality 24 bit Wav file. The licensor’s musical composition can be leased to more than one person simultaneously until the exclusive rights of the beat are purchased. Once the exclusive rights of a beat have been purchased, the beat will no longer be available for any leasing. Previous leasing rights sold before an exclusive rights purchase date are not affected and are still valid until leasing term has expired. Licensee expressly agrees to remove his song from any marketplaces, online stores, audio streaming websites, etc. once licensing term has expired. If the licensee wants to continue to use the licensor's musical composition after the licensing terms has expired, the licensee must purchase another Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Exclusive License agreement.

You will have the right to modify the arrangement, tempo, duration, and/or pitch of the Beat in preparation of the Master Recording. Mechanical Rights. Upon payment to the Producer a sum of € 80.00 Euro, receipt of which is confirmed, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disk, digital downloads, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively, the “Recordings”, and individually, a “Recording”) worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of 50.000 copies of such Recording or any combination of such Recordings, Additionally, you shall be permitted to distribute Unlimited free internet downloads or streams for non-profit and non- commercial use. This license allows up to a total of 100.000 monetized audio streams. Stream / Sales Cap. If you are approaching the foregoing cap on your rights to use the Beat and Master Recording, you must either remove the Master Recording from all platforms, or you must purchase a new higher-level license of the Beat from Producer (e.g., an Unlimited License), before exceeding the foregoing cap. For illustrative example, if the Master Recording had 100.000 monetized streams on SoundCloud and 100.000 streams on Spotify, that would be a breach of this paragraph. You may not register or permit the registration of the Master Recording with any content identification system or service (for example without limitation, with YouTube’s Content ID, whether directly or through a thirds party such as CD Baby or TuneCore). This is a non-exclusive license agreement, and the Beat may have been or may yet be licensed to third parties for their own use; if any licensed users of the Beat tried to register their derivative songs, the content identification system might improperly flag all other users of the Beat as infringing uses. Performance Rights. The Producer hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the Master Recording in unlimited non-profit performances, shows, or concerts. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disk, digital downloads, other miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively, the "Recordings", and individually, a "Recordings") worldwide for up to the pressing or selling unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings. Additionally licensee shall be permitted to distribute unlimited free internet downloads or streams for non- profit and non-commercial use, and unlimited monetized audio streams to sites like (Spotify, RDIO, Rhapsody). Songs can be posted on Youtube as audio or music videos, and are eligible for monetization.
Master Use. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive license to record vocal synchronization to the Composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form ("Master Recording"). The resale of the Composition in any format, including NFTs, by Licensee and Q.M.P Records/Q.M.P Beats (qmprecords/qmpbeats) is not permitted after effective date. Licensee is not permitted to resell instrumental in any format (digitally, NFT, physical, or otherwise).
