GUEST ROOM RATES. You shall establish room rates for the Hotel which must be submitted to us before the deadline for the next National Directory. With the exception of special event periods, you agree not to charge any rate exceeding the rate published in the current edition of the National Directory.

PAYMENT INFORMATION Guests are responsible for all charges. CUT-OFF DATE Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 04/04/2012 (the “Cut-off date”).
