If guests arrive before their room is ready or their departure is later than the 11am checkout, River Spirit Casino Resort Bell Desk will be happy to store luggage for guests’ convenience. Check in is 4:00PM, Check out is 11:00AM All guests arriving before 4:00PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our bell staff can arrange to check baggage when open rooms are available for guests arriving early, or when they are attending early, or when they are attending afternoon functions on departure day. The Hotel will offer the above rates three (3) days pre- & post-Event dates, pending room and rate availability. Occupied rooms will be applied towards the total room pick-up for room attrition, commission, and complimentary purposes. LOWEST RATE CLAUSE Hotel confirms that the Group has been offered the lowest group rate over the peak nights outlined in this contract for program pattern and dates. Hotel shall not offer any other rates over the dates outlined in the contract, which are less than the contracted Group rates specified herein, unless such lower rates apply to all rooms in the Group’s block. Should the Hotel choose to offer lower rates to any individual, group or 3rd party over the outlined conference dates, the Hotel will bring such rates to the Group’s attention whereby the Hotel will have 48 hours (or next business day) to discontinue the lower rates being offered or such lower rates shall apply to all rooms in the Group’s block. Said room nights will be credited towards total room pick-up for room attrition, and complimentary purposes. Commission to be paid contingent on rate paid is higher than the group rate.

GUEST ROOM COMMITMENT. The Hotel and Group agree that the parties will reserves the right to review and adjust room block up to «CUT_OFF», without liability to Group in order to ensure the accuracy of guestroom requirements. Any attrition or cancellation fees imposed after that date will be based on the revised room block commitment. If guest request an early departure, an early departure fee in the amount of $50.00 will be assessed to those guests.
GUEST ROOM COMMITMENT. Hotel acknowledges 350 as aggregate room block and any room utilization associated with WACYPAA will apply toward said aggregate room block, this includes guests arriving prior to or after the conference dates. This update also supersedes sections of this agreement that are tied to room block utilization. GUEST ROOM COMMITMENT. The group agrees to be held responsible for a minimum of 85% of revenue-generating room nights. Should the total number of Group revenue-generating room nights be less than this amount, the Group will be responsible for paying the difference between the minimum revenue-generating room nights and the actual/final Group revenue-generating room nights, multiplied by 75% (lost guest room profit) of the single/standard guest room rate. Revenue-generating room nights are rooms paid for by any method including no- shows and cancellations for which room rate has been collected. At Group’s request, Hotel’s in-house guest list will be compared with Group’s registration list by Hotel. Any revenue-generating room night for a person on Group’s registration list and Hotel’s in-house guest list, but not credited to the group by the hotel, regardless of the rate paid or method of reservation, will be credited to the Group for actual/final Group revenue-generating room nights and credited toward complimentary room nights earned. This will include all rooms booked via the Internet. For any night over the Group room block dates that the hotel achieves 100% occupancy, the Group will not be charged for failure to achieve the guest room commitment. The Hotel and Group intend to liquidate the damages in the event that the Group fails to meet the Guest Room commitment set forth in this section. Therefore, Group and Hotel agree (a) that the above formula is a reasonable estimate of the Hotel’s damage in the event that such a minimum commitment is not met and (b) that the liquidated damages set forth in this section do not constitute a penalty. The hotel agrees to attempt to re-sell any unused rooms up to the required minimum at the same or higher rate.
GUEST ROOM COMMITMENT. The Hotel reserves the right to review and adjust room block up to March 01, 2019, in order to ensure the accuracy of guest room requirements. If a reduction is rejected, a firm guarantee of a number of rooms and security deposit may be required. In addition, an early departure fee of up to $159.00 will apply.
