The Block. Apartments: Double room $3400 per semester Triple room $3100 per semester Single room (if available) $4400 per semester The University generally does NOT offer single room accommodations unless the student receives an approved accommodation from the Disability Support Services Office (DSS). Accommodations are determined individually for each student through an interactive process and are based on functional limitations resulting from a documented disability. Double rooms may in some cases be assigned as a single room (outside of DSS needs), subject to availability as determined by the University. Such a room assignment will only be made after (1) submission of a written petition to the Housing Office, Residence Director, and Director of Residence Life, (2) a meeting with Residence Life Staff to discuss the petition, and (3) approval of the petition by the University. Such a room assignment will also result in an additional fee of $1000.00 per semester.
