Grievance and Disputes Procedures. 27.1 This Agreement recognises that employees’ grievances should be resolved speedily and effectively without recourse to industrial action. It is intended that most issues will be resolved informally between employees and supervisors.

Grievance and Disputes Procedures. Section1. It is specifically agreed that in the event any disputes arise out of interpretation or application of this Agreement, the same shall be settled by the means and procedures set out herein. No such grievance or dispute shall be recognized unless called to the attention of one party to the other within five (5) working days after the alleged violation was committed.

  • GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCEDURES 8.01 For the purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties related to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • Disputes Procedure If a dispute relating to a Script licensed in accordance with this Agreement arises between the Writer and the BBC which cannot be settled by direct discussion then either party will have the right to refer the issue to a panel of five which shall be comprised of the Writer and their representative, two representatives from the BBC and an independent third party to be appointed by agreement between the Writer and the BBC. This clause shall not however be invoked in a manner which might override any other clause in this Agreement or call into question the BBC’s reasonable and proper discretion to exercise its editorial control over a Programme.

  • Complaints and Dispute Resolution 16.1 Where a dispute arises in connection with any aspect of this Agreement, the parties acting with good faith, will use all reasonable endeavours to bring any such issue to the attention of the other party in a timely fashion and in any event within 60 days of any such dispute coming to their attention.
