Resolution of disputes and grievances. Where an employee wishes to raise a grievance in relation to this clause or its operation, he or she shall contact the company’s pay office. If the matter cannot be resolved, it shall be referred to the Human Resources Manager or her nominee, and to the relevant union. A person bound by this agreement may choose to be represented at any stage by a representative, including a union representative or employer’s organisation.
