Vacation Eligibility Employees shall be eligible for vacation, based on their Net Credited Service (NCS) with the Company, as follows:
General Eligibility 1. Except as provided in #2 below, a teacher who received an evaluation rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.
Holiday Eligibility Except as otherwise provided in this Article, an employee must be in paid status on the working day immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday to be paid for the holiday.
Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.
Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond her normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.
Employee Eligibility For purposes of this section, “eligible employee” shall be defined by the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act.
Eligibility for Sick Leave with Pay Employees shall be eligible for sick leave with pay immediately upon accrual.
Contribution Eligibility You are eligible to make a regular contribution to your Xxxx XXX, regardless of your age, if you have compensation and your MAGI is below the maximum threshold. Your Xxxx XXX contribution is not limited by your participation in an employer-sponsored retirement plan, other than a Traditional IRA.
Overtime Eligibility and Compensation Employees are eligible for overtime compensation under the following circumstances:
Benefits; Vacation Employee shall be eligible to receive all benefits as are available to similarly situated employees of Employer generally, and any other benefits that Employer may, in its sole discretion, elect to grant to Employee from time to time. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per year, which shall be pro-rated for the first partial year of employment and shall accrue in accordance with Employer’s policies applicable to similarly situated employees of Employer.
