General Vacation Eligibility. 100 The following schedule shows the monthly vacation accruals for all full-time employees. For part-time employees see Paragraph 41. Vacation time is credited at the end of each month. Service Months Accrual Annual Accrual Special* Maximum Accrual Completion of 6 months 48 hours 7th month through 60th month 8 hours per month 96 hours 128 hours 61st month through 120th month 12 hours per month 144 hours 192 hours 121st month 16 hours per month 180 hours 240 hours *Additional time cannot exceed the special maximum amount shown. -101 A regular employee in the Housing and Food Services who works only during the school year (normally from September through June) is allowed twelve (12) days vacation for each school year worked. After sixty (60) months of service on a regular basis, an employee is entitled to eighteen (18) days vacation each year and after one hundred twenty (120) months is entitled to twenty-four (24) days vacation each year. Years of service must be consecutive and an employee will be given credit only for time actually worked in meeting the requirements of the progressive vacation plan.

  • Vacation Eligibility Employees shall be eligible for vacation, based on their Net Credited Service (NCS) with the Company, as follows:

  • General Eligibility 1. Except as provided in #2 below, a teacher who received an evaluation rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.

  • Holiday Eligibility Except as otherwise provided in this Article, an employee must be in paid status on the working day immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday to be paid for the holiday.

  • Contribution Eligibility You are eligible to make a regular contribution to your Xxxx XXX, regardless of your age, if you have compensation and your MAGI is below the maximum threshold. Your Xxxx XXX contribution is not limited by your participation in an employer-sponsored retirement plan, other than a Traditional IRA.

  • Overtime Eligibility and Compensation Employees are eligible for overtime compensation under the following circumstances:

  • Benefits; Vacation Employee shall be eligible to receive all benefits as are available to similarly situated employees of Employer generally, and any other benefits that Employer may, in its sole discretion, elect to grant to Employee from time to time. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per year, which shall be pro-rated for the first partial year of employment and shall accrue in accordance with Employer’s policies applicable to similarly situated employees of Employer.
