Vacation Accruals. Full-time employees in addition to time off for holidays will be granted annual vacation with pay as per the following schedule; continuous service (as per Article 15.6(d)) shall be necessary:
Vacation Accruals. ‌ Permanent employees working at least ¾ time are eligible for vacation accrual. Vacation is earned and charged in the same proportion to full-time as the employee’s work schedule is to full-time. Employees who are in leave without pay status for less than 40 hours within a pay period will earn his or her full vacation credit. Employees who are absent without leave for 40 hours or more within a pay period shall earn one week’s credit. For purposes of determining vacation accrual, employees shall receive credit for any prior full- time City of Cincinnati service. If an employee has a break in full-time service with the City, the employee’s original seniority date will be adjusted to reflect the break in service. Employees retain their original vacation seniority date for any break in service due to layoff, military time, or approved leave without pay. Vacation Accruals. (A) Each full-time non-seasonal employee working a forty (40) hour workweek shall earn vacation in accordance with the following schedule:
