FORMAT/CONTENT REQUIREMENTS. The SDU Transition Management Plan describes project management methodologies, tools and processes that will be used to manage the transition and implementation of the SDU. The SDU Transition Management Plan shall include, but is not limited to, the following content:
FORMAT/CONTENT REQUIREMENTS. The SDU Transition Test Plan provides the plan for preparing, managing, executing and evaluating the system and interface tests necessary to ensure accurate processing of data, confirm operation of the SDU system and interoperability of the SDU, CSE and other interfaces within the SDU and other CCSAS subsystems, including interfaces between the SDU and the California Treasury System (CTS) Banks. Specifically, the SDU Transition Test Plan documents the scope, approach, resources and procedures to be utilized for thoroughly testing the SDU operations prior to going live. The SDU Transition Test Plan shall include, but is not limited to, the following content:
FORMAT/CONTENT REQUIREMENTS. The purpose of the SDU Transition Test Report is to provide test results produced from the execution of the interface and system testing performed during the transition and prior to commencing operations. It presents a summary of the test results along with supporting detail. The SDU Transition Test Report details the overall view of interface and system testing, including the results of testing with the individual interface partners who participated in file exchanges with the SP. The SDU Transition Test Report shall include, but is not limited to, the following content:

The SDU Data and Image Conversion Plan details the activities necessary to map, derive, edit and load data and images from the current SDU vendor’s system to the SP’s system. The SDU Data and Image Conversion Plan details the data and image conversion lifecycle from initial planning through conversion including, but not limited to:
FORMAT/CONTENT REQUIREMENTS. The SDU Operational Readiness Assessment and Review Report shall document the content and results of the SDU Operational Readiness Assessment and Review activity prior to the operational transition of the SDU from the previous vendor. The Report shall be presented by the SP to the State at the ORAR. The report shall include, but is not limited to, the following content:

The SDU Operations Management Plan shall encompass operational activities and is the controlling document to manage SDU operations and related programs and services such as management of the SDU website and the EPC Program. The SDU Operations Management Plan shall include, but is not limited to, details of the following operational components:

FORMAT/CONTENT REQUIREMENTS. The SDU Disaster Recovery Plan for SDU Services shall encompass the entire life of the contract, including transition activities, and shall provide detailed actions to be taken in the event of an emergency, natural disaster or a disaster resulting from negligence, sabotage, etc. The Plan must agree and work in conjunction with the CSE Disaster Recovery Plan (CSE CDL TM 090). The SDU Disaster Recovery Plan shall include, but is not limited to, the following content.

The SDU Security Assessment Report (SAR) shall describe the security assessment methods and objectives to be used for verifying that the security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome with respect to meeting the documented security requirements for the SDU. The SDU SAR shall also include, but is not limited to, the dates of the last security assessment, intended future security assessments, and the following content:

The SDU Business Continuity Plan (BCP) shall provide detailed SDU activities and actions to be taken to ensure resumption of business activities and critical business processes from any adverse effects of major failures or disasters, and to maintain required service levels in the event of a sudden loss or degradation of a system(s) or failure of any externally sourced system, product, or service(s).
