System Requirements. It is your responsibility, at your expense, to obtain, maintain, and operate suitable and fully compatible computer equipment (including, without limitation, a wireless router if you intend to use the Internet Service on multiple devices and are not receiving a Viasat Wi-Fi Modem or Viasat Wi-Fi Gateway modem, or another other device that provides for wireless connectivity) required to access the Internet Service.
System Requirements. In order to enroll in our electronic document delivery service or on-line banking services, you must be able to receive, view, and print (or otherwise retain), the documents involved. As such, you must have a computer that has access to the Internet, and use of a browser that supports SSL and Cookies. Additionally, many of our documents, including periodic statements, will be sent to you in a PDF format, and to open, read, and print these documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader may be available for download for free via the Internet. Minimum system requirements are subject to change without notice as the technology changes. The exact system requirements will be disclosed to you on our website or on the on-line banking website or at the time you enroll in the service. By enrolling in, and using the electronic services, you are asserting that your system meets these requirements and that you are capable of, and are indeed receiving, viewing, and retaining the documents involved. If you discover that you are not receiving such documents, you must contact us immediately. We will not be liable for any failure to deliver the documents if you do not notify us of such failure, or if the failure is due to your computer hardware, software, or other equipment, or due to other circumstances beyond our control.
System Requirements. By consenting to this agreement, you confirm that your Access Device meets the minimum specifications and requirements necessary to view and retain your electronic documents. To access your electronic documents on a mobile device, you will need:  A mobile device with any of the following operating systems: Android or iOS (iPhone).  A data plan provided by your wireless carrier and an up-to-date mobile internet browser that is compatible with, and supported by, your operating system (e.g., Chrome or Safari).  If you wish to view .pdf files on your mobile device, you will need software that accurately reads and displays .pdf files (such as the mobile version of Adobe Reader).  A printer and/or storage device if you wish to print or retain any electronic documents. To access your electronic documents on a traditional computer, you will need:  A computer with any of the following operating systems: Windows 7 or higher, OS X (Apple Macintosh) or higher.  An internet connection and an up-to-date internet browser that is compatible with, and supported by, your operating system (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari).  Software that accurately reads and displays .pdf files (such as Adobe Reader).  A printer and/or storage device if you wish to print or retain any electronic documents. Changes to system requirements We will notify you if our hardware or software requirements change and whether that change creates a material risk that you would not be able to access or retain your electronic documents. Continuing the application process after receiving notice of the change is the reaffirmation of your consent to this Agreement.
System Requirements. The operation or use of the Services by Customer requires certain system requirements as described in the Services Description which are subject to change at the discretion of Service Provider. The specification of system requirements does not form part of Service Provider’s obligations under this Agreement. Customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining any and all system requirements required to operate or use the Services. Service Provider is not responsible for problems, conditions, delays, failures and other loss or damages arising from Customer not complying with the system requirements and/or related to Customer`s network connections, telecommunication links or caused by the Internet.

System Requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your systems meet the hardware, software and any other applicable system requirements for the Software as specified here. Click Studios will have no obligations or responsibility under this Agreement for issues caused by your use of any Third-Party Products.
