Operational Activities definition

Operational Activities means the array of tasks and process essential for accomplishing specific objectives or tasks. These activities serve as the practical means utilized to carry out and complete the necessary functions, ensuring the successful achievement of goals and objectives within an organization. More Definitions of Operational Activities
