Enrolled Students. The District shall take no actions that would impact enrollment in the School without approval of the State.

Their SAT or ACT score; 2.4.4. Their high school GPA; 2.4.5. Expected year of enrollment in Phase II; 2.4.6. If they are taking the PCAT and the anticipated test date; 2.4.7. The LECOM campus they plan to attend.
Enrolled Students. Students willing to enrol at UniME must follow the procedure explained in the “Admission to UNIME” section of UniME International website: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/studywith-us/admission-to-unime/ UniME reserves the right to determine the final selection and admission of each student nominated by ▇▇. The exchange students must satisfy all admission requirements set by the Italian Law, as well as specific conditions set by UniME, including language proficiency requirement. Enrolled students are required a minimum level of B2, in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), of Italian or English depending on the teaching language of the selected Degree course. Nominations for Enrolled students must be communicated by LU to UniME no later than May, 30 Nominations for mobility students must be communicated by LU to UniME by June, 30 (for the first semester) and November, 30 (for the second semester). A complete set of application papers for mobility students will normally consist of: - application forms; - official copy of applicant’s academic transcript; - Learning Agreement (only for mobility students); - other supporting letters and academic background materials relevant to specific course selections, as requested during the application process. Mobility students are required a minimum B1 CEFR level of Italian or English depending on the teaching language of the selected Degree course.
Enrolled Students. A student interested in the “3+4” track should apply to enroll in the program as part of their application to University of Pittsburgh - Bradford but must enroll in the program by December 1st of their freshman year at University of Pittsburgh - Bradford. A student interested in the “4+4” track may apply to enroll as part of their application to University of Pittsburgh - Bradford or anytime before December 1st of their second year of study at University of Pittsburgh - Bradford. 2.4.1. Each year, by December 15th, the Health Professions Program Committee will send LECOM an updated annual enrollment form providing the following information for all new and previously enrolled students: 2.4.1.1. Full name; 2.4.1.2. Current school year; 2.4.1.3. Most recent cumulative GPA at University of Pittsburgh - Bradford; 2.4.1.4. SAT or ACT score; 2.4.1.5. High school GPA; 2.4.1.6. Expected year of enrollment in Phase II; 2.4.1.7. The anticipated MCAT test date; 2.4.1.8. The LECOM campus they plan to attend; 2.4.1.9. The request by the student for a LECOM admissions interview the following May.
Enrolled Students. Residents are required to maintain full-time enrollment per semester to be eligible to reside in University Housing under this Contract. Residents who drop below full-time enrollment are requested to inform Housing and Residence Life via email at ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The decision to permit Residents to continue living in University Housing while enrolled less than full-time is at the discretion of Housing and Residence Life. Residents who fail to make academic progress in their classes (e.g., lack of class attendance, removal from class due to non-attendance, etc.) or fail to meet the required number of credit hours specified in this Contract, are considered to be in violation of this Contract. Consequently, they may be subject to contract termination and cancellation fees as outlined herein.

  • Enrolled Nurse (With Notation) Pay point 4 (a) Pay point 4 refers to the pay point to which an EN has been appointed.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Retirees The Parties and the Crown agree to meet for the purpose of transitioning retirees currently in board-run benefits plans into a segregated plan administered by the OECTA ELHT via an amendment to the Trust Agreement, based on the following: i. Basic plan design is the active member plan design ii. School boards can request alterations to the plan design to meet their specific needs (limited to survivor coverage for health and dental benefits, out of country coverage, hearing aids, physiotherapy, and private duty nursing) subject to the coverage being available by the carrier. It is not the intent of the parties to enhance the benefits coverage of the retirees. For example, life insurance is not to exceed the existing level of coverage. iii. Boards can opt out of the ELHT plan for retirees. It is understood that such opt out is irrevocable. iv. The plan administrator will advise each school board of the per member premium cost on an annual basis. v. Any annual plan deficit shall be captured in the premiums charged to school boards and retirees in the subsequent benefit year. vi. Any terminal deficit is the responsibility of all school boards who had members in the plan, based on a formula that includes the school board’s time in the plan and retiree enrolment. vii. School boards maintain any liability resulting from any issues arising as a result of members being transferred to the ELHT benefits plan for retirees. For clarity, once the transition is completed, the school board is not liable for any subsequent decisions by the Trust. viii. Any school board wanting to move its retirees into a plan administered by the ELHT shall sign a participation agreement. The Parties and the Crown shall meet within 30 days of ratification of central terms to discuss the amendment to the trust as described above and timelines for the transition. If by May 30, 2020 the Parties and the Crown are unable to resolve all disputes concerning the amendment to the Trust Agreement and the standard form participation agreement, the Parties and the Crown (as participant) agree to refer the matter to arbitration with a mutually agreed upon arbitrator. The arbitrator shall determine any outstanding disputes based on the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding. The Parties agree that any arbitration on outstanding disputes shall be scheduled expeditiously.

  • Students Payments which a student or business apprentice who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.

  • Medicaid Enrollment Treatment Grantees shall enroll as a provider with Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) and all Medicaid Managed Care organizations in Grantee’s service region within the first quarter of this procurement term and maintain through the procurement term.
