Employer-Employee Committee. Purpose The Association and Board, desiring to xxxxxx better day-to-day communications and to achieve and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship through the use of a continuing communications program to effectively maintain stable labor-management relations, hereby establish a Joint Study Committee. Representation Association The Association shall appoint five (5) representatives, including the President and a representative from each of the four (4) buildings. Administration The Superintendent shall appoint four (4) representatives, including the Superintendent. The Board shall appoint one (1) ex-officio member. Chairing Responsibility for chairing meetings shall alternate each meeting between the Association and Administration.
