Participating Employers definition

Participating Employers means the Company and any members of the Group which participate or have at any time participated in a UK Pension Scheme.

Participating Employers means the Company, and any affiliated employer designated as a “participating employer” by the Committee.

Participating Employers are those employers who contribute financially to the Fund as of June 30, 2019, and all employers who may thereafter begin contributing financially to the Fund. The contribution to the Fund shall be an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the gross payroll of the LPN Unit employees. Gross payroll shall be defined as the amount included on Box 5 of the W-2 form report of the Employer, excluding on-call, per diem and temporary employees.
