Continuing Employment. Continuing employment means full-time or part-time employment which has no fixed end date or contingency upon which the employment contract will come to an end. All employment, other than fixed term employment and casual employment, is continuing employment.

Executive agrees that in the event of any threat or occurrence of or negotiation or other action that could reasonably lead to, or create the possibility of a Change of Control, Executive shall not voluntarily leave the employ of the Company without Good Reason for a period of thirty (30) calendar days following the Change of Control unless the Company specifically agrees otherwise

Continuing Employment. After initial employment, the District will pay the cost of the following requirements within the stated limitations:
Continuing Employment. Your option will not be affected by any change of employment so long as you continue to be employed by TI. The option will not constitute or be evidence of any agreement or understanding, expressed or implied, on the part of TI to employ you for any specific period.

A teacher under continuing contract shall be considered an employee of the Xxxxxx Public Schools with full rights and provisions granted in this Agreement until such time as said employee has tendered a letter of resignation or whose employment has been terminated by the Board.

Nor shall this Agreement or anything contained in this Agreement be deemed to constitute an Employment Agreement between Printpack and Employee. Nor shall any provision of this Agreement restrict Printpack's right to discharge Employee or restrict Employee's right to terminate his employment.
Continuing Employment. 18.1 Continuing employment means all employment other than fixed-term, research (contingent funded) employment, or casual employment. Continuing employment continues until termination at the initiative of either the employer or the staff member in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
