Eligible Casual Employee. A casual employee will an eligible casual employee if he has been employed by the company on a regular and systematic basis for a sequence of periods of employment during a period of at least 12 months and but for an expected birth or placement for adoption of a child would have a reasonable expectation of continuing engagement by the company on a regular and systematic basis.
