Early Access to Pro Rata Long Service Leave. (a) An Employee, other than a casual Employee, within seven years of their preservation age under Western Australian Government superannuation arrangements may, by agreement with their Employer, choose early access to their long service leave on the following basis:

Early Access to Pro Rata Long Service Leave. 243. Early access to pro rata long service leave is an ageing workforce initiative. It is available at the rate of 9.28 days per completed 12 month period of continuous service, regardless of the length of prior service, for employees within seven years of preservation age under Western Australian Government superannuation arrangements.
Early Access to Pro Rata Long Service Leave. For the purposes of this clause, ‘Employee’ includes full time, part time, permanent and fixed term contract Employees. Subject to subclause (d), Employees within seven years of their preservation age under Western Australian Government superannuation arrangements may, by agreement with their employer, choose early access to their long service leave at the rate of 9.28 days per completed twelve (12) month period of continuous service for full time Employees. Part time Employees have the same entitlement as full time Employees, with their entitlement calculated on a pro rata basis according to any variations to their ordinary working hours during the accrual period. Early access to pro rata long service leave does not include access to long service leave to which the Employee has become entitled, or accumulated prior to being within seven (7) years of their preservation age. Under this clause, long service leave can only be taken as paid leave and there is no capacity for payment in lieu of leave. An employee may, by agreement with their employer, clear long service leave in minimum periods of one day. Where an employee accesses pro rata long service leave early, any period of leave taken will be excised for the purpose of continuous service.

Early access to long service leave will only be granted where all other leave entitlements have been exhausted. Early access to pro rata long service leave does not include access to long service leave to which the Employee has become entitled, or accumulated prior to being within seven years of their preservation age.   • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.

  • Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.

  • Taking of Long Service Leave (a) The employer shall give to each employee at least one month's notice of the date from which it is proposed that the employee's long service leave shall be given and taken. Such leave shall be taken as soon as practicable having regard to the needs of the facility, or, where the employer and the employee agree, such leave may be postponed to an agreed date.

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
