Ordinary Working Hours. 14.1 The ordinary hours of work of full-time Employees will be an average of 38 hours per week but not exceeding 152 hours within a work cycle not exceeding 28 days. However, if hours worked do exceed 152 in a period of 28 consecutive days by reason only of the fact that a rostered day off does not fall within that 28 day period, such excess hours will be treated as ordinary hours for all purposes.

Ordinary Working Hours. An employee will be given a 15 minute paid rest during the first five hours of consecutive work of a shift. The parties can agree to take this rest break at a different time or to not have the rest break but finish work 15 minutes earlier instead.
