Dues Deduction Authorized. The College agrees to deduct from the pay of Association employees the dues for MFPE, AFT, NEA and the FVCC Adjunct Faculty upon receipt from the Union of authorization by each employee and as provided by law.
Dues Deduction Authorized. A. The school district shall deduct from the salaries of teachers, such monies for the exclusive representative as said teachers individually authorize for the school district to so deduct. Commencing in September and each month thereafter, the school district shall deduct in equal installments the monies that the teacher has agreed to pay the exclusive representative during the period provided in the individual’s authorization. New authorizations, when received by the school district during the school year, will be deducted in equal installments over the remaining monthly payments of the teacher’s current contracted salary.

Upon written authorization of a teacher within the bargaining unit, the District shall deduct from the pay of the teacher the monthly amount of dues as certified by the Secretary of the Association and shall deliver the dues to the Treasurer of the Local Association. The Association's membership application form will serve as the recognized authorization form. The Association shall certify the amount of the annual dues to be deducted. Those wishing to have dues deducted from salaries in equal installments shall notify the District Clerk prior to the first pay day of the current school year. Any teacher hired after the school year begins shall have five (5) weeks to make this same notification. Dues deduction authorizations received during the school year will be prorated over the remaining payments of the employee's current salary.

Upon written authorization from the employee, the Board shall deduct from the salary of any employee and make appropriate remittance for dues, as provided for in Section 00-00-000, M.C.A. Non-Association members may authorize the deduction of the representation fee in this same manner.

The board agrees to deduct in equal installments from the salaries of all teachers such monies for annual membership in the United Education Profession (National Education Association, Montana Education Association and Madison Valley Education Association) as said persons individually authorize the Board to deduct as provided by law. Non-association members may authorize the deduction of the professional representation fee in this same manner.

The District agrees to deduct in ten (10) equal installments from the salaries of all employees such monies for annual unified membership dues of the Montana Federation of Public Employees, MFPE, and the Beaverhead Education Association, as well as other Association contributions as individually authorized by the employee using the Association’s membership or other written authorization as submitted by the employee to the District. Deductions for employees who submit their authorizations to the District after October 1st shall be prorated so that the full amount authorized is deducted, in equal payments, by the end of the school year.

This shall be done on a ten (10) month basis beginning in November for traditional calendar and in October for extended calendar schools.

Dues Deduction Authorized. (1) Upon written authorization from the employee, the District will deduct from the pay of the employee the monthly amount of dues certified by the Association. The District shall deliver the dues to the treasurer of the exclusive representative. Upon written authorization from the employee, a representation fee will be deducted from each classified employees pay. The Union as exclusive representative of all employees will represent such persons fairly, whether members or not. Membership shall be made available to all who apply, consistent with the Union constitution and policies.

The Board agrees to deduct in equal installments from the salaries of all employees who have signed the appropriate union authorization cards such monies for annual unified membership dues of the MFPE, NEA, AFT, and the Xxxxxxxx Classified Education Association, as well as other Association Contributions as individually authorized by the employee using the Association's membership form.
