Documents at Site. BC Hydro will provide the Contractor, without charge, one copy of the Contract. The Contractor will, at all times, keep and maintain one copy of a complete set of the current Contract, including all Issued for Construction Drawings, Accepted shop drawings, revised or supplementary Drawings or Specifications and other design details that have been issued by Hydro’s Representative or, as applicable, by the Contractor, at the Site and at all other locations where the Work or components of the Work are being performed, fabricated or manufactured, in good order and available for review by Hydro’s Representative.
Documents at Site. Maintain at the Site for Owner one (1) record copy of the Contract documents in good order and marked currently to record changes and selections made during the Work and, in addition, approved shop drawings, product data, Project Schedule, samples and similar required submittals. These shall be available to Owner at Contractor’s Site office during business hours.

Documents at Site. The Contractor shall maintain at the Site: (i) one record copy of the Drawings, Specifications and all addenda thereto, including updated logs and documentation for each of the following items; (ii) Change Orders, Construction Directives, and Construction Change Documents approved by the District and all other modifications to the Contract Documents; (iii) Submittals reviewed by the Architect; (iv) Requests for Information and responses thereto; (v) approved/updated schedules; (vi) updated and current As-Built Drawings; (vii) Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) accompanying any materials, equipment or products delivered or stored at the Site or incorporated into the Work; and (ix) all building and other codes or regulations applicable to the Work, including without limitation, Title 24, Part 2 of the California Code of Regulations (these may be maintained in electronic form). During performance of the Work, all documents maintained by Contractor at the Site shall be available to the District, the Owner’s Project Manager, and the Architect for review, inspection or reproduction. Upon completion of the Work, all documents maintained at the Site by the Contractor pursuant to the foregoing shall be assembled and transmitted to the Owner’s Project Manager for delivery to the District.
