Finally Complete definition
Finally Complete means that the construction of an improvement to the Licensed Premises has been completed to such an extent that the Commissioner certifies in writing that it has been finally completed and that no further work is required by Licensee pursuant to this License in connection with the construction of said improvement. Notwithstanding the issuance of any such certification, Licensee shall be liable for any claims related to such construction and shall be responsible for any other obligations (including maintenance, repair and indemnity) set forth in this License Agreement.
Finally Complete means, when used with respect to the work to be performed under the Design-Build Agreement, “final completion” as defined in the Design-Build Agreement, and with respect to the Infrastructure Work, the final completion of all aspects of such work and improvements in accordance with all Applicable Laws and in accordance with the requirements for the same contained in this Agreement and in the County Development Agreement and the applicable construction contracts, in each case including the completion of the punch-list type items referred to in the definition of the term “Substantial Completion.” Substantial Completion of all work and improvements is a prerequisite to Final Completion of the same.
Finally Complete and "Finally Completion" has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Examples of Finally Complete in a sentence
When the Design/Builder considers that the Work is Finally Complete, the Design/Builder shall so notify the Owner.
If the Owner’s Representative determines that the Work is not Finally Complete, a Final Completion Punch List will be issued to CMR.
If the Work for which Final Completion is requested is not Finally Complete within the required period, it is understood and agreed by all parties that the CMR shall become liable to the Owner for Liquidated Damages as established by the Contract, which shall continue in effect until the applicable Final Completion has been achieved.

More Definitions of Finally Complete
Finally Complete means the point in time when the Work and services of this Agreement is fully complete in accordance with the Contract Documents, all Punchlists have been completed and the Contractor has fulfilled all of the requirements of Section 39 of the General Conditions.
Finally Complete means, when used with respect to the work to be performed under the ▇▇▇▇ Agreement, “final completion” as defined in the ▇▇▇▇ Agreement, and with respect to the Infrastructure Work, the final completion of all aspects of such work and improvements in accordance with all Applicable Laws and in accordance with the requirements for the same contained in this Agreement, in each case including the completion of the punch list type items referred to in the definition of the term “Substantial Completion.” Substantial Completion of all work and improvements is a prerequisite to Final Completion of the same.
Finally Complete mean the stage in the progress of the Work for any LLTP Phase or Preconstruction Phase, after Substantial Completion, when all remaining items of Work for such phase have been completed, all requirements of the Contract Documents related to such phase are satisfied and the CDOT Acceptance Letter for such phase can be issued. Portions of the phase may be separately and partially deemed Finally Complete at the discretion of the Principal Representative when that portion of the phase reaches such stage of completion and a partial CDOT Acceptance Letter for such phase can be issued.
Finally Complete each means that Developer has completed, caused to be completed, or obtained a certificate of occupancy for all of the work related to the Phase I Town Improvements, and that the Town has confirmed in writing the Final Completion thereof.
Finally Complete or “Final Completion” and similar words and phrases mean that the Work, including all punch list items, is fully completed and usable by the Owner and that all corrective action required in connection with any final inspection has been completed. The Final Completion Date of the Work is the date specified on page 2 of the Construction Agreement in the Section labeled Time & Dates.

Any such certification shall be given or denied in a reasonably prompt fashion after the Licensee seeks same, and shall not be unreasonably withheld. Notwithstanding the issuance of any such certification, Licensee shall be liable for any claims related to such construction and shall be responsible for any other obligations (including maintenance, repair and indemnity) set forth in this License Agreement, except as otherwise set forth herein.
