Documentation of Insurance. The City and the District shall provide to each other a certificate of insurance each year this Agreement is in effect showing proof of the above coverage. In the event the City or the District is self-insured for the above coverage, such agency shall provide a letter stating its agreement to provide coverage for any claims resulting from its negligence in connection with joint use facilities in the above amounts.

Such policy shall include the minimum coverage of $500,000 for each occurrence of bodily injury and $500,000 each occurrence for property damage. The CONTRACTOR shall carry COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY Insurance in the following amounts: Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury $1,000,000 General Aggregate $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate $1,000,000 There shall be no Products/Completed Operations or Contractual Liability exclusions. The General Aggregate limit shall apply separately per location or project. The CONTRACTOR shall carry AUTOMOBILE insurance as follows: Residual Liability $1,000,000 each accident, combined single limit Personal Injury Protection Statutory Property Protection Statutory It will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide OTTAWA COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY with current updates to above insurances.
