Additional Insured Endorsement definition

Additional Insured Endorsement. Provider’s and any and all Provider vendor or subcontractor’s Commercial General Liability insurance and Abuse and Molestation shall name the District, its Officers, Agents and employees as Additional Insured.
Additional Insured Endorsement shall name County and its officers, agents, and employees as Additional Insureds with respect to services being provided, including ongoing and completed operations. Additional insured endorsement shall be equivalent to ISO form CG 2010 11 85.
Additional Insured Endorsement. An original Additional Insured Endorsement (ISO form CG20 10 11 85), signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the State, by attachment to the Certificate of Insurance, to evidence the endorsement of the State as additional insureds.
