Continuation of Insurance. All policies of insurance shall provide for at least 30 days prior written cancellation notice to the Secured Party. In the event of failure by the Debtor to provide and maintain insurance as herein provided, the Secured Party may, at its option, provide such insurance and charge the amount thereof to the Debtor. The Debtor shall furnish the Secured Party with certificates of insurance and policies evidencing compliance with the foregoing insurance provision.

Each Grantor shall furnish the Collateral Agent with certificates of insurance with corresponding endorsements and policies evidencing compliance with the foregoing insurance provisions.

In the event of failure by the Borrower to provide and maintain insurance as herein provided, the Lender may, at its option, provide such insurance and charge the amount thereof to the Borrower. The Borrower shall furnish the Lender with certificates of insurance and policies evidencing compliance with the foregoing insurance provision.
Continuation of Insurance. The coverage of this policy shall continue in force as of Date of Policy in favor of an Insured, but only so long as the Insured retains an estate or interest in the Land, or holds an obligation secured by a purchase money Mortgage given by a purchaser from the Insured, or only so long as the Insured shall have liability by reason of warranties in any transfer or conveyance of the Title. This policy shall not continue in force in favor of any purchaser from the Insured of either (i) an estate or interest in the Land, or (ii) an obligation secured by a purchase money Mortgage given to the Insured.
Continuation of Insurance. In the event of a work related death of an active bargaining unit employee the County will pay health insurance premiums for the employee’s family, if the employee had Union plan dependent coverage at the time of death. The County shall pay the premiums in Section 4 for eighteen (18) months from the month of death.
Continuation of Insurance. 1. When an employee’s dependent(s) reaches an age which prohibits coverage under the dependent insurance benefit, an employee shall have the right to continue said coverage with a COBRA policy by making appropriate payment directly to the COBRA Administrator.
