Discipline of Strikers. Any bargaining unit member who violates the provisions of Section 1 of this Article shall be subject to immediate discipline, which may include discharge. Any action taken by the Employer against any bargaining unit member who participates in action prohibited by Section 1 above shall not be considered as a violation of this Agreement and shall not be subject to the provision of the grievance procedure, except that the issue of whether a bargaining unit member in fact participated in a prohibited action shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedure.
Discipline of Strikers. Any officer who violates the provisions of Section 24.1 shall be subject to immediate discharge. Any action taken by the City against any officer who participates in action prohibited by Section 24.1 above shall not be considered as a violation of this Agreement and shall not be subject to the provisions of the grievance procedure except that the issue of whether an officer in fact participated in a prohibited action shall be subject to the grievance procedure and disciplinary procedure.
Discipline of Strikers. Any employee who violates the provisions of Section 22.1 above shall be subject to discipline, including immediate discharge. The Village retains all rights set forth in Section 17(b) of the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act.

Discipline of Strikers. The Employer may terminate the employment of or otherwise discipline any employee or employees who have been found to have engaged in any act forbidden in this Article.
