Disciplinary Procedure definition

Disciplinary Procedure means the disciplinary procedure set out in Schedule D.
Disciplinary Procedure means the Disciplinary Procedure of the Municipality in terms of the collective agreement of the South African Local Government Bargaining Council and/or the Disciplinary Code and Procedures for Senior Managers;
Disciplinary Procedure means the rules of an exchange governing the in- vestigation and adjudication of pos- sible rule violations and the imposition of appropriate penalties under subpart B of this part.

Examples of Disciplinary Procedure in a sentence

  • A copy of the council’s Disciplinary Procedure and Grievance Procedure will be issued to all new employees at the council’s Induction Course.

  • Failure to do so may result in action being taken in accordance with the Trust’s Disciplinary Procedure.

  • False allegations which are found to have been made in bad faith will, however, be dealt with under our Disciplinary Procedure.

  • However, making a false allegation deliberately and in bad faith will be treated as misconduct and dealt with under our Disciplinary Procedure.

  • We take a strict approach to breaches of this policy, which will be dealt with in accordance with our Disciplinary Procedure.
