Disciplinary Procedure definition

Disciplinary Procedure means the disciplinary procedure set out in Schedule D.
Disciplinary Procedure means the procedure set out in sub-clauses

Examples of Disciplinary Procedure in a sentence

  • Involves a Severe Disciplinary Action properly appealed through the Disciplinary Procedure.

  • Where the Company has given notice of termination to an Employee (other than a casual Employee), and that notice has not been given pursuant to clause 3.13 (Counselling and Disciplinary Procedure), the Employee must be allowed up to one day of time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment.

  • In such circumstances the LHB reserves the right to apply the provisions of its Disciplinary Procedure and Policy if appropriate.

  • Any breach of this provision will give rise to disciplinary action in accordance with the Disciplinary Procedure.

  • Where there is evidence that Employees are not wearing the mandatory equipment whilst engaged to work on the site they will be dealt with in accordance with the Counselling and Disciplinary Procedure set out in this Agreement.
