Compensation Increase. The compensation payable to the Municipal Court Judge for services rendered during the renewed term shall be increased by five percent (5%) from the previous rate outlined in the original Agreement and any prior addendums creating a new base salary of $2,100.00 per month for services to the City as municipal court judge.

Compensation Increase. Seller will not increase in any manner the compensation or fringe benefits of any of its directors or officers, pay any pension or retirement allowance to any directors or officers, or become a party to, amend, or commit itself to any pension, retirement, profit-sharing, welfare benefit plan, or employment agreement with or for the benefit of any director or officer or amend any Seller Plan or Seller Benefit Arrangement, other than general increases in the compensation of, and the payment of bonuses to, officers in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.
