Small Business Program definition

Small Business Program means a program that meets the requirements for eligibility established and administered by CIDFAC.
Small Business Program means the co-brand credit card program established and administered by Bank for small business Cardholders, and whereby Credit Cards are offered to Members by virtue of this Agreement.
Small Business Program means those programs and requirements, as set forth in Sections 10-33.02, 2-10.4.01, 2-8.1.1.1.1, and 2-8.1.1.1.2 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, and related implementing orders, including Implementing Orders 3-22, 3-32, and 3-41, that set forth the standards and requirements for small business participation in the acquisition of design services, construction services, and goods.

  • The ordering activity will need to abide by FAR Parts 5 (Publicizing), Part 6 (Competition Requirements), Part 12, (acquisition of commercial items), Parts 13, 14, and 15 (contracting methods), and Part 19 (Small Business Program).
