Directory Listings. 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions:
Directory Listings. A. Subject to execution of an agreement between Carrier and BellSouth’s affiliate, BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corporation, (“BAPCO”), as set forth in Attachment C-1, (1) listings shall be included in appropriate White Pages or alphabetical directories; (2) Carrier’s business subscribers’ listings shall also be included in appropriate Yellow Pages, or classified directories; and (3) copies of such directories shall be delivered to Carrier’s subscribers.
Directory Listings. Landlord agrees to provide Tenant, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, with a single listing of Tenant's name on the directory in the lobby of the Building. Upon written request by Tenant, Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with additional listings on such directory, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, provided Tenant shall be limited to a number of listings determined by multiplying Tenant's Proportionate Share by the total number of spaces for listings on such directory.

IF WE MAKE AVAILABLE AN OPTION TO LIST YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND/OR TELEPHONE NUMBER IN A PUBLISHED DIRECTORY (WHETHER IN PRINT OR ONLINE) OR DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE DATABASE, AND ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OCCURS: (1) YOU REQUEST THAT YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER BE OMITTED FROM A DIRECTORY OR DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE DATABASE, BUT THAT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED IN EITHER OR BOTH; (2) YOU REQUEST THAT YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER BE INCLUDED IN A DIRECTORY OR DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE DATABASE, BUT THAT INFORMATION IS OMITTED FROM EITHER OR BOTH; OR (3) THE PUBLISHED OR LISTED INFORMATION FOR YOUR ACCOUNT CONTAINS MATERIAL ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MTA AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE MONTHLY CHARGES, IF ANY, WHICH YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO US TO LIST, PUBLISH, NOT LIST, OR NOT PUBLISH THE INFORMATION FOR THE AFFECTED PERIOD. YOU SHALL HOLD US HARMLESS AND ANY AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY THE ERRORS AND OMISSIONS REFERENCED ABOVE.
Directory Listings. WOW! may publish and distribute telephone directories in print, on the Internet and on CDs. Those telephone directories may include customer names, addresses and telephone numbers, without restriction as to their use. WOW! also makes customer information available at a charge through directory assistance operators. WOW! may also provide customer names, addresses and telephone numbers to unaffiliated directory publishers and directory assistance providers for their use in creating directories and offering directory assistance services. Name, address, and telephone information in telephone directories is not currently protected by copyrights and may be sorted, packaged, repackaged and made available again in different formats by anyone. WOW! takes reasonable precautions to ensure that non-published and non-listed numbers are not included in telephone directories or directory assistance services, although WOW! does not guarantee against errors. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE WOW! ENTITIES FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY DIRECTORY LISTINGS OR PUBLICATIONS (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FAILING TO PUBLISH A LISTING OR PUBLISHING AN “UNLISTED” LISTING) IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO WOW! TO LIST, PUBLISH, NOT LIST, OR NOT PUBLISH THE INFORMATION FOR THE AFFECTED LISTING. CUSTOMER AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE WOW! ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES (INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF PROFIT), CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN DIRECTORY LISTINGS.
Directory Listings. HWHN will identify Practitioner's practice in Group-specific on line and offline directories to Participants seeking services under HWHN Group Agreements. Certain HWHN Affinity Group clients may only accept as Practitioner affiliates those who offer 20% or more discount levels to their subscribers or members. Practitioner listings in the Affinity Group online directories will be prioritized by discount level and include Practitioner's name, licensed specialty(s) services offered, and discount level. Practitioner may view these listings and request changes to their practitioner profile by visiting Healthways WholeHealth's professional website, http//xxx.XxxxxXxxxxxXxx.xxx.
Directory Listings. Each of the directory listings associated with the Directories has been published in the Ordinary Course of Business and in accordance with customary practices currently prevailing in the telephone directory industry for companies of a size comparable to the Company. No such listing has been published in violation of any applicable law, code or regulation. The Company has provided Purchaser with copies of all invoices (or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser) relating to the purchase by the Company of the white page listings and yellow page listings used or to be used in connection with the printing and publication of any Directory.

XV.1 Publisher may enter into a separate directory services agreement that provides for (i) directory listings and delivery of directories to facilities-based Customers of Requesting Carrier, (ii) additional services to Requesting Carrier’s Resale Customers, and/or (iii) other directory services to Requesting Carrier.

Directory Listings. Spectrum will facilitate the inclusion of its business customers in alphabetical white and yellow pages directories and/or electronic compilations, as requested and available in Spectrum's service area. These listings are intended as a resource for interested parties who can use them to find the telephone numbers of Spectrum customers who subscribe to Communications Services. Spectrum, in its sole discretion, may limit the length of any listing in a directory or electronic compilation by abbreviating the listing. Listings may be subject to additional rules and restrictions. Toll free and private number service may be available to Customer for an additional charge. A listing may be omitted from a directory or electronic compilation upon Customer’s request. IN THE EVENT THAT A MATERIAL ERROR OR OMISSION IN CUSTOMER’S DIRECTORY LISTING INFORMATION, REGARDLESS OF FORM, IS CAUSED BY SPECTRUM, CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE A SERVICE CREDIT IN AN AMOUNT SET BY SPECTRUM’S THEN-CURRENT STANDARD POLICIES OR AS PRESCRIBED BY APPLICABLE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, IF ANY. SPECTRUM SHALL HAVE NO OTHER LIABILITY FOR ANY ERROR OR OMISSION IN ANY DIRECTORY LISTING INFORMATION.
