Data Subject Requests. To the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta shall assist Customer by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Okta’s provision of such assistance.

Data Subject Requests. The Subscription Service provides you with a number of controls that you can use to retrieve, correct, delete or restrict Personal Data, which you can use to assist it in connection with its obligations under Data Protection Laws, including your obligations relating to responding to requests from Data Subjects to exercise their rights under applicable Data Protection Laws ("Data Subject Requests"). To the extent that you are unable to independently address a Data Subject Request through the Subscription Service, then upon your written request we will provide reasonable assistance to you to respond to any Data Subject Requests or requests from data protection authorities relating to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement. You shall reimburse us for the commercially reasonable costs arising from this assistance. If a Data Subject Request or other communication regarding the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement is made directly to us, we will promptly inform you and will advise the Data Subject to submit their request to you. You will be solely responsible for responding substantively to any such Data Subject Requests or communications involving Personal Data.
Data Subject Requests. Entrust shall, taking into account the nature of the Processing, assist the Customer, as Data Controller, by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, in fulfilling the Customer’s obligation to respond to requests from a Data Subject exercising his/her/their rights under Data Protection Laws.

Data Subject Requests. If Humanity receives a request from any Data Subject made under Data Protection relating to Customer Data, Humanity will provide a copy of that request to the Customer within two (2) business days of receipt. Customer shall reimburse Vendor for the commercially reasonable costs arising from this assistance. If a Data Subject Request or other communication regarding the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement is made directly to Vendor, Vendor will, to the extent that Vendor can identify Customer as the Controller for the Personal Data in question through its standard due diligence processes, promptly inform Customer and will advise the Data Subject to submit their request to Customer. Customer shall be solely responsible for responding substantively to any such Data Subject Requests or communications involving Personal Data.

Data Subject Requests. Red Guava shall, to the extent legally permitted, promptly notify Customer if Red Guava receives any requests from a Data Subject to exercise the following Data Subject rights in relation to Customer Data: access, rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, objection to the Processing, or to not be subject to an automated individual decision making (each, a “Data Subject Request”). Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Red Guava shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under applicable Data Protection Laws. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Services, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Red Guava shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent Red Guava is legally permitted to do so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under applicable Data Protection Laws. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Red Guava’s provision of such assistance, including any fees associated with provision of additional functionality.
Data Subject Requests. The Services provide Customer with the ability to retrieve and delete Customer Personal Data. Customer may use these controls to comply with Customer’s obligations under applicable Data Protection Laws, including Customer’s obligations related to any requests from data subjects (“Data Subject Requests”). To the extent that Customer is unable to independently access the relevant Customer Personal Data using such controls or otherwise, Xxxxxx shall provide reasonable cooperation to assist Customer to respond to such Data Subject Requests. In the event that any such Data Subject Request is made directly to Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx shall, to the extent legally permitted: (i) advise the data subject to submit their Data Subject Request to Customer; (ii) promptly notify Customer; and
Data Subject Requests. You are responsible for handling any requests or complaints from Data Subjects with respect to their Personal Information Processed by Zapier under this Addendum. Zapier will notify you promptly and in any event no more than fifteen (15) business days’ notice, unless prohibited by applicable law, if Zapier receives any such requests or complaints. The Service include technical and organizational measures that have been designed, taking into account the nature of its Processing, to assist customers, insofar as this is possible, in fulfilling their obligations to respond to such requests or complaints.
