Details of the Processing. The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.
Details of the Processing. The parties acknowledge and agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, Customer is the Controller, Braze is the Processor and that Braze or its Affiliates engaged in the Processing of Personal Data will engage Sub-processors pursuant to the requirements set forth in Section 5 “Sub-processors” below. The subject- matter of Processing of Personal Data by Xxxxx is the performance of the Braze Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects Processed under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA. The parties shall exercise their rights hereunder acting in good faith and in a reasonable manner.
Details of the Processing. The subject-matter of Processing of Client Personal Data by Provider is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Client Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects Processed under this Addendum, as required by article 28(3) of the GDPR (and, possibly, equivalent requirements of other Data Protection Laws), are further specified in Exhibit A to this Addendum, as may be amended by the parties from time to time.
Details of the Processing. The details of the Processing operations provided by Siemens, including the subject-matter of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Personal Data Processed and the categories of affected Data Subjects, are specified in the DPT Annexes.

The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Personal Data Processed and the categories of Data Subjects for whom Personal Data is Processed are set forth in Schedule 1.
Details of the Processing a. Categories of Data Subjects. Controller’s Contacts and other end users including Controller’s employees, contractors, collaborators, customers, prospects, suppliers and subcontractors. Data Subjects also include individuals attempting to communicate with or transfer Personal Data to the Controller’s end users.
Details of the Processing. The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by AudioCodes is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects Processed under this DPA are further specified in Annex 1 to this DPA. The Parties acknowledge, however, that Customer’s Data provided in electronic format (e.g. e-mail) may be copied by the Processor as part of its back-up procedures, such copies will be retained in accordance with the Processor’s data retention policy for its electronic back up and the Processor undertakes that it shall destroy or return such copies upon request of the Customer unless Processor can demonstrate it has a right or obligation to retain all or part of the Personal Data for a longer period or where the retention of the copies is necessary for Processor to provide proof of the due performance of its contractual obligations.

The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects Processed under this DPA are further specified in Exhibit B (Description of Processing Activities) to this DPA.
