Where the Customer has given notice of an error and it turns out that no er- ror exists for which Postnord Strålfors is liable, Postnord Strålfors reserves the right in certain cases to charge a fee according to Postnord Strålfors' price appendix applicable from time to time for the service performed.

I / We confirm that the information provided to Castlegate in connection with our business transaction is true and accurate to the best of my/our knowledge. Furthermore I / we agree that Castlegate can contact me / us in the following ways for any reason in connection with our business dealings with them, in other words I / we opt into, Email, telephone, letter, text, social media communication and to allow for Castlegate marketing etc By signing this agreement, we acknowledge that we have received and retain a copy of this Tenancy agreement and privacy statement above.
