Emergency Replacement of a Sub-Processor Sample Clauses

Emergency Replacement of a Sub-Processor iManage may replace a Sub-Processor at any time if the need for the change is urgent and necessary, and the reason for the change is beyond iManage’s reasonable control. In such instance, iManage shall notify Customer of the replacement Sub-Processor as soon as reasonably practicable, and Customer shall retain the right to object to the replacement Sub-Processor pursuant to paragraph 6.4 above. Customer will not be entitled to any remuneration or accrue any rights of termination due to the emergency replacement.

In such instance, StoreFrame shall notify Customer of the replacement Sub-Processor as soon as reasonably practicable, and Customer shall retain the right to object to the replacement Sub-Processor pursuant to the above.
